Oh wonderful Christmas break, when will you be over? As I try to sit down and relax, my children are downstairs screaming and running around like crazy loons. In my work area no less. I only have about a zillion diapers to sew up for my customers. Oh well, it is nice to have them home, to be able to sleep in and not have to worry about homework for a little while.

Christmas was wonderful! I think it was the best one I have ever had. I really enjoyed my family this year.

I hope everyone else had a wonderful Christmas as well.

BTW.....

I figured out this super cool way to make your own washable sew-in labels for hand made items/clothing. I use them on my cloth diapers and they wash so wonderfully!

I finally figured out how to crop a picture so there is no background. A monumental feat for me. Now all I have to do is take great picutes of ALL of my stuff with my not so great camera and edit it. I will keep myself updated on how it goes...

I am so excited to be blogging. It is pretty new to me. The thought of having somewhere to track my thoughts and the little things that happen in life is fascinating. Things are so busy that I am sure I forget so many important moments. It will be nice to have a way to go back and recapture those memories. I am also excited about being able to help answer questions and help people with baby-wearing, cloth diapering, sewing and more.

I guess my first post should introduce me. I am a 32 year old wife to my one and only husband Dave. We have been married for 10 years and couldn't be happier. We have 5 wonderful children who range in age from 16 down to 18 months. One of our children has autism so that is a focus in our lives. I love being a mom and could probably keep having children forever but I don't really want a reality TV show like the Duggars or John and Kate so I think we will stop now.

I am a stay at home mom who owns her own business. I make cloth diapers, and baby wraps that are edgy and fun. My Diapers have really taken off so most nights I am up doing things like this until the wee hours of the morning. Not that I mind, I love to sew and create things. Mos of all I love to make people happy. There is no greater feeling than knowing someone smiles when they open an item I have sent them.

I love to talk and be around lots of people. I don't get to do that much being at home with the kiddos but being online and working with my customers helps meet my need to have social life.

One weird and embarssing thing about me is that I am addicted to a website called www.twoweekwait.com It is a site for women who are trying to conceive. The ladies go on their and post pics of all of thier pee tests and everyone scrutinizes them to see if they can find a line. It is great. My addiction started when I was trying to get preggo with Liberty. I have not been able to stay away since.

Well, it is getting late and i have lots to sew. I am sure I will be back often so check in once in awhile.
